For West Midtown Restaurant Week, Cooks & Soldiers is offering its $69 Grand Asador Experience, a four-course, family-style journey through Basque cuisine featuring jamón ibérico, braised lamb, Argentine shrimp, NY strip, Georgia trout and Basque cheesecake. An optional $45 beverage pairing features wines selected from Spain’s Basque Country, Rioja Alavesa, Ribera del Duero and Jerez.
