Our pastas are handmade every day, using the best ingredients we can source. Flour, eggs, time & repetition – no shortcuts, no boxes. Just craft, muscle memory and tradition. Cooking with live fire shapes everything we do – how food tastes, how the room breathes and how our people connect. On Sunday, November 8, Howell Mill Road closes to cars and opens to everyone — an afternoon of food, music and family-friendly fun from the Upper Westside Improvement District. A few weeks after the last Restaurant Week table is cleared, the same neighborhood is worth a second trip.
