For West Midtown Restaurant Week, O-Ku Atlanta is offering a five-course Japanese dining experience for $60 per person. The menu begins with Edamame seasoned with truffle salt, followed by a choice of Rock Shrimp with spring mix, chili mayo and sesame or Salmon Usuzukuri with pickled wasabi stem, chives, black volcanic salt and truffle ponzu. For the third course, choose Crispy Rice topped with spicy sashimi, serrano and micro cilantro or a Pork Belly Bun with pickled onions, cucumber and kimchi purée. The fourth course features a choice between a Sushi Sampler with Baja California makimono, sake misoyaki nigiri and tuna paradise nigiri or Braised Beef Short Rib with root vegetable purée, sautéed vegetables, au jus and togarashi. The experience concludes with the chef’s choice of dessert.
