For West Midtown Restaurant Week, Toastique Brickworks is offering guests their choice of one of eight gourmet toasts paired with a cold-pressed juice served over ice. Toast selections include the Avocado Smash with marinated tomatoes, watermelon radish and chili oil; Smoked Salmon with herbed cream cheese, cucumber, capers and pickled onions; Spicy Crab with lump crab, jalapeños and sriracha aioli; and Tomato Burrata with herbed ricotta, pesto, fresh tomato and burrata. Juice options include blends such as Radiance with grapefruit, orange, blood orange, pineapple and basil; Recharge with beet, carrot, apple, orange and ginger; and Defender with orange, carrot, apple, turmeric and lemon.
