For West Midtown Restaurant Week, Twisted Soul Cookhouse & Pours is offering a $50 three-course dinner with a menu that changes daily, taking guests on a culinary journey through flavors from around the world, including influences from Peru and Italy, all interpreted through Chef Deborah VanTrece’s distinctive Southern lens. An example menu might begin with Smoked Sea Bass Wonton Dumplings in a lemongrass-infused collard potlikker, followed by Hoisin Glazed Oxtails with vegetable fried rice and ginger-garlic bok choy, and a featured dessert to finish. Three courses | $50 per person | Menu changes daily
